Mr. An leads the SMA Holdings in real estate development. His vision for hospitality business stems from acquiring his entertainment properties and soon learning the similarities of operation between renting out private rooms to hotel room. Prior to hospitality industry, he has built out over 50 bar and restaurant all over the nations as well as 3 boutique hotel in lower Manhattan. His vision and in-depth hands on knowledge of hospitality business as a developer, operator and owner continues to create outstanding hospitality and commercial properties.

Joel's background in management in various industry gives him a sophisticated grasp on the investment management. His specialty in Hotel management allowed him to expend his ability into small businesses such as Karaoke, Bar, Restaurant, and Cafe.

Won Song

Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Won Song is General Counsel and Executive Assistant of SMA. He is responsible for all legal affairs of SMA and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Mr. Song focuses on corporate governance, development projects, land and asset sales and acquisitions, financing, commercial leases, and joint venture transactions and the preparation of service agreements for the development, management and brokerage divisions.

Sonny Choi is a financial professional who has 20 years’ experience in real estate and financial services industry. Sonny Choi worked as real estate and financial audit manager, associate director of hedge fund administration, and hedge fund controller. Currently Sonny Choi is the principal of Verat Consulting Company which provides consulting and accounting services to both high net worth individuals and institutions.
